Table orders
The order stays open until checkout. Table map with live status. Multi-zone (dining room, terrace, VIP), multi-POS (dining room + terrace, or 2 locations).
In 7 business days your entire venue runs from a single system: table orders, automatic routing to kitchen / bar, dedicated kitchen display, fiscal checkout straight from the order, shift report with SNC journal for the accountant.
A typical evening flow, condensed — it shows how all modules work together without manual handoff between them.
Tablet → + New table → "Room 1, Table 3, 2 people". The order gets an ID (e.g. M3-1942) and stays open until checkout.
Pizza Margherita (Kitchen Hot) + Greek Salad (Kitchen Cold) + still water (Bar). The system detects the division per product and generates 3 production tickets simultaneously. Cooks receive the tickets on their tablets with Accept / Reject.
The customer also orders Tiramisu + 2 coffees. They are added to order M3-1942 without closing it — Tiramisu to Dessert, coffees to Bar. 2 new production tickets, same order.
Andrei taps Check out order → picks M3-1942 → the cart pre-populates. Chooses cash / card / e-Factura, confirms → MEV fiscal receipt issued in 3 seconds. The table becomes free, the shift report updates.
Everything is integrated: kitchen display → order → fiscal receipt → SNC → shift report — no double typing, no manual sync, no separate spreadsheets.
All modules described below are in production — not roadmap, they are live features used by real clients.
The order stays open until checkout. Table map with live status. Multi-zone (dining room, terrace, VIP), multi-POS (dining room + terrace, or 2 locations).
Kitchen-hot, kitchen-cold, bar, dessert, coffee — self-service in standard packages or configured by us at onboarding in Extra HoReCa. Automatic product → division routing, reconfigurable at any time.
Web app on a tablet per division, workflow Accept → Start → Ready → Deliver. The chef receives audio alerts, the server is notified when it's ready.
Production ticket per division with exact quantities. BOM auto-exploded for ingredient consumption. Pre-prep BOM from the kitchen view — estimate + run cycle.
Waste selectable from a nomenclator + free-text note. Anomaly detection with rolling-window + stddev. Manager approval for waste above threshold. Cancellation with exact reversal.
Check out order button → MEV fiscal receipt issued instantly. Cash, card, e-Factura (when the customer asks for a company invoice). Configurable receipt layout, custom notes per order.
Server, chef, shift manager, cashier — with granular per-operation permissions. Each role sees only what is relevant to them.
Productive vs. waste, anomalies, tipping per server (interactive, adjustable percentage), comps / on-the-house / staff meals. Filters on invoice lists.
The accountant automatically receives postings to accounts 611/711/712/713/714 in line with the National Accounting Standards. Monthly export for the VAT return.
Orders from external channels (food-delivery apps, marketplaces, forms on your own site, phone calls) enter the ERP with mapped SKUs, decrement stock per the defined BOM, and issue the correct fiscal receipt. External SKU → internal SKU mapping is configurable per channel. Turnkey integration with a specific channel API — quoted individually after API assessment.
Real captures from the platform — kitchen display, table orders, fiscal POS, shift reports. Not mockups.

A family at Table 5 orders in 3 waves over 1h. How the system behaves — full timeline.
The order gets an ID (M5-1942) and stays open until checkout.
3 tickets generated simultaneously across different divisions: kitchen-hot (×2 pizza) + kitchen-cold (×1 salad) + bar (×1 water). Tickets run in parallel — pizza ~14 min, salad ~5 min, water instant sync.
Salad at 19:50 (5 min), water at 19:51 (instant), pizzas at 19:58 (14 min). They don't wait on each other — the chef gets a notification per division, the server is alerted when it's ready.
Maria opens order M5-1942 from the "active" menu, adds the new lines, taps Send. 2 new tickets: dessert + coffee (coffee+tea grouped). Same order, parallel flows.
1 ticket on the bar. Accumulates on the same order M5-1942.
Picks M5-1942, the cart pre-populates with all 3 waves aggregated. Cash / card / e-Factura → MEV fiscal receipt issued instantly. The table becomes free, shift report updated automatically.
One order. 6 production tickets. 3 divisions. Zero double typing. See other scenarios too (cancellations, comps, mid-prep changes) →
You have 2–3 points of sale under the same company (dining room + terrace + garden, or 2 stores)? With us you don't multiply the package — you pay only +80 MDL/month per additional POS. It's a deliberately small fee because we're interested in you opening as many points as possible, not in penalizing you for growth.
Example: Start package (700 MDL) with 3 active POS under the same company = 700 + 2 × 80 = 860 MDL/month total. Not 3 × 700 = 2,100 MDL as a provider licensing per location would charge.
HoReCa & BOM are available as a module in any package — including Micro (150 MDL) and Start (700 MDL). The difference between packages is who does the initial configuration: self-service in standard packages, configured by us at onboarding in Extra HoReCa / Extra Production.
150 MDL/month
1 POS · 100 receipts/day · 1 user

Micro package details700 MDL/month
1 POS · 1–2 access accounts

Start package details2,500 MDL/month
3 POS · granular RBAC
Mid-size restaurant with dining room + terrace. Advanced HoReCa, roles per operator/division, full SNC journal. Self-service configuration, with a step-by-step guide.
Standard package details7,000 MDL/month

CIECC-certified cash register (Intelect-Soft and other partners), kitchen & bar receipt printers, partner cash drawers, USB/Bluetooth barcode readers from the catalog — integration free as part of onboarding.
If you bring your own hardware (printer, scanner, scale, payment terminal) not included in the catalog → integration is billed separately, quoted individually after a model + driver assessment. Price range per device type: see Add-ons — Additional hardware.
We prefer remote (~95% of cases). For travel Chișinău / ≤50 km — quoted individually; longer distances quoted as a dedicated engineer day + transport. On Enterprise: 4 trips/month Chișinău + 1/quarter to another MD city included.
Clear windows: who gets what, when, on which channel — and what happens when an incident occurs outside hours.
Support via email + Telegram during business hours Mon–Fri 9–18. Indicative email response target: ≤5 business days (Micro) → ≤1 business day (Super). We do NOT offer general 24/7 support on these packages — if the venue operates in the evening / weekend with a requirement for immediate human intervention, move to Enterprise.
On Enterprise: dedicated phone Mon–Fri 9–18 + 24/7 escalation channel for critical system downtime (POS fully blocked, MEV blocked, e-Factura not working). First 8h/month included; the rest at cost. This is NOT general 24/7 support — it's the emergency line for incidents that halt production.
The system is designed to continue selling offline on the local POS during short outages — fiscal receipts are transmitted once the connection comes back (14-day legal limit). For deep investigation outside Mon–Fri 9–18 → discussion about moving to Enterprise, or the "Out-of-hours support" option quoted individually in Add-ons.
We spend 20 minutes on your flow — we tell you whether SGApps HoReCa is a fit, how long onboarding takes, what customizations are needed. The initial consultation is free.
