What we don't do
We don't promise you a prefab "ERP for farming". We don't sell you a module with 50 hardcoded fields that don't match your real model. We don't leave you to discover at go-live that half the operations are missing.
We won't sell you an "ERP for farming" while pretending we have 100% of the requirements solved. We have ~40-50% out-of-the-box for livestock / agriculture / construction — the rest is project scope, honestly calibrated at discovery. Don't wreck your budget on a platform that "almost" works.
Mainstream ERPs come with a pitch: "we have a module for farming / construction / services". Reality: their module was built for a 2012 use case, matches your case less than 40-60%. And the customizations cost more than the platform itself.

1-3 day discovery before the quote. We put on paper: what you have in the business (entities, attributes, flows), what our platform covers out-of-the-box (~40-50%), what is project scope (the rest). Separate quote for each part.
Your budget is correctly calibrated from the start. You know what you pay as monthly license (the out-of-the-box part) and what you pay as project scope (the customized part). No surprises at month 3.
The difference from classic ERPs: each entity (product, animal, plot, project) has multiple data layers at the same time, calibrated for the real case.
Validated fields: name, code, price, quantity, units of measure, VAT. For fiscal operations + SNC reports — untouched, not modified ad-hoc.
For each entity you can write as much documentation as you want in Markdown. Long description, protocols, internal notes, history. Comes with formatting, images, tables.
Custom fields with no schema migration. For an animal: animal code + GPS + breed + parents + veterinarian + vaccination history. For a plot: coordinates + area + crop + fertilization history. You can add fields anytime, filter on anything.
For visual inspection (animal, land, equipment). Before-after intervention photos, walk-around video. Auto-generated thumbnail, included in the self-service export.
A work order on a construction site → can include sub-tasks, sub-quantities, visual notes that don't make sense as permanent entities in the catalog. Created automatically with the document, deleted with the document.
Animal → parents → offspring (livestock genealogy tree). Production batch → sub-batches → finished goods. Project → sub-projects → tasks. Viewable, filterable, exportable.
These 4 verticals have ~40-50% out-of-the-box coverage — the rest is calibrated in project scope after discovery.
Out-of-the-box: animal catalog with lineage, weight / milk production tracking, GPS on the animal (as needed), vaccination history, veterinary log, feed consumption calculation.
Typical project scope: integration with fixed / electronic scales, reporting to the Sanitary-Veterinary Agency, keeper alerts on phone.
Out-of-the-box: plot catalog with GPS coordinates, crop + fertilization history, cost per hectare calculation, diesel consumption + work time tracking.
Typical project scope: field sensor integration (moisture, soil), GPS tracker on tractor, reporting to ANSA / API.
Out-of-the-box: project catalog with sub-tasks, materials + labor allocation, work order with before/after photos, real cost per project vs. quote.
Typical project scope: integration with existing estimates (Excel/Word), electronic signature on completion reports, team allocation with timesheet.
Out-of-the-box: client equipment catalog with intervention history, service order with photo/video, parts + labor cost calculation, automatic B2B e-Factura.
Typical project scope: technician kit integration (tablet with signature), intervention scheduling, client alert via SMS/e-mail.
Custom verticals are quoted individually — they don't have a "starting at 150 MDL" price. There is still a typical pattern you'll see across similar clients.
We put on paper what you have in the business, what we cover out-of-the-box, what is project scope. Initial consultation is free; for a workshop longer than 1 day with travel, it is quoted separately.
Two figures: (a) monthly subscription for the out-of-the-box part — typically Standard 2,500 MDL or Extra 3,500 MDL. (b) Project scope — one-off cost for customizations, quoted with per-module breakdown.
Out-of-the-box: 2-4 weeks onboarding. Project scope: 4-12 weeks depending on complexity. Billing with milestones, not 100% up-front. We don't collect a "big advance" and disappear.
Indicative figures reflect the typical profile for our clients. Free discovery before any commitment.
