BOM recipe catalog
Recipe with ingredients, quantity per portion, preparation method (text/photo/video), execution time. Versioned — you change the recipe today, tomorrow's batch uses the new version, history preserved for the old one.
Recipes with ingredients, automatic stock consumption when you produce, real cost per product (not assumed), POS for a direct-sales counter. BOM setup included — we can help you enter your first ≤50 recipes during onboarding. From 1,500 MDL/month.
A typical day in a neighborhood bakery — showing exactly how recipes, production, stock and direct sales tie together.
You get a production list previewed based on last week's sales + orders already taken. You choose what to bake today: 40 white loaves, 25 lenten buns, 60 croissants, 15 chocolate cakes.
BOM explodes automatically: 32 kg flour, 800 g yeast, 4.2 kg sugar, 12 eggs, 1.6 L oil... vs what you have in stock. Alert that you have 30 kg flour, so you need to receive goods before 09:00.
"Start baking batch" button → stock consumptions recorded automatically per the recipe. If you changed the recipe (e.g. more sugar in bread today), you can log the deviation — the system updates the real cost for the current batch.
40 white loaves enter the counter stock. Sales price (already defined in the recipe) + real cost (calculated from consumption) → margin per unit. Real cost vs target cost — alert if the difference exceeds 15%.
POS for the counter — you scan the barcode / pick from the grid, the CIECC-certified fiscal register (existing third-party modules — Intelect-Soft and other SFS-certified vendors; our own module SGAPPSFISCAL — under CIECC review) issues the receipt instantly. B2B orders (cafés that buy bread) → e-Factura issued to the company quickly.
Report: real production cost today vs sales today = effective margin. Products that sold out fast (recommend larger production tomorrow). Products left over (recommend smaller portion or discount on remaining stock).
Recipe with ingredients, quantity per portion, preparation method (text/photo/video), execution time. Versioned — you change the recipe today, tomorrow's batch uses the new version, history preserved for the old one.
You want to make 40 loaves + 25 croissants → the system instantly computes total ingredients, compares with stock, alerts on those running short. Purchase requirement for the coming week.
Not the assumed cost from the recipe, but the real one: (consumption × average stock-in price) + execution time (if tracking is active). Margin per unit produced. Alert on deviations.
Production slip per batch with exact quantities. Consumption decrements raw-material stock automatically. Technical losses (burnt crust, torn sheet) with mandatory reason.
2 POS included: workshop (goods receipt, production) + counter (direct sales). Integration with CIECC-certified fiscal register (existing third-party modules — Intelect-Soft and other SFS-certified vendors; our own module SGAPPSFISCAL — under CIECC review). B2B e-Factura for café/restaurant orders.
Real cost vs target per product, low-margin products, consumption trends (rising flour price → alert on products that depend on flour). Native CSV/XLSX export.
A public site with catalog + cart + order (delivery / pickup) + MIA on request. For bakeries that want online orders with morning pickup at the counter.
Turnover on accounts 611/711/712/713/714 per the National Accounting Standards. Monthly export for the VAT declaration.

Support via e-mail + Telegram during business hours Monday-Friday 9-18. Indicative e-mail response target: ≤5 business days (Micro) → ≤1 business day (Super). We do NOT provide general 24/7 support on these packages — if your business runs on weekends with an immediate-human-intervention requirement, move up to Enterprise.
On Enterprise: dedicated phone Mon-Fri 9-18 + 24/7 escalation channel for critical system downtime (POS fully blocked, MEV blocked, e-Factura non-functional). First 8h/month included; the rest at extra cost. This is NOT general 24/7 support — it's the emergency line for incidents that stop production.
The system is designed to keep selling offline on the local POS during brief interruptions — fiscal receipts are transmitted when the connection is back (14-day legal limit). For an in-depth investigation outside Mon-Fri 9-18 → discussion to move to Enterprise, or the "Out-of-hours support" option quoted individually from Add-ons.
