What you do on a typical day
A typical flow — shows exactly what you see on screen and how long each real operation takes.
Open the shift
One button — start the shift with the amount in the drawer. All the day's sales are aggregated automatically for the closing report. No spreadsheet, no double entry.
You sell
Scan the barcode → the product enters the cart at the catalog price. Or type in the name — fast search. Cash / card / e-Factura — one button, the MEV fiscal receipt is issued instantly.
A supplier arrives with goods
Open a receiving document → scan the barcodes on the boxes → quantity and inbound price for each. Stock is updated; you can print shelf labels for products whose prices have changed.
A customer asks for a company invoice
From the checkout screen → choose "B2B invoice" → enter the customer's IDNO (autocompletes the rest of the data from SFS). The e-Factura is transmitted quickly to SFS; the customer gets a copy by email.
Close the shift
One button — shift report with: sales figure, cash vs card vs e-Factura, top 10 products, products with stock below threshold, SNC journal for the accountant (automatic monthly export).
Everything is integrated: POS → stock → fiscal register → e-Factura → SNC — no need to open another application, no manual export/import.

Stock & receiving
Goods receiving with scanner, inbound price + markup, low-stock alerts. Periodic stocktaking with tablet/phone. Inventory variance with mandatory reason.
Fiscal cash register · CIECC integration
Integration with CIECC-certified cash registers (existing third-party modules — IntelectSoft and other SFS-certified vendors). Our own SGAPPSFISCAL module — currently under CIECC certification (Category 3 ECC, Annex 1: retry × 3, 14-day tracking, MEV QR on receipt). Fiscal receipt issued instantly from the interface. Configurable receipt layout. See MEV details.
e-Factura B2B / B2C
Issuing invoices to companies (customer IDNO), signing + automatic transmission to SFS. Local cache for fast historical lookup. Unlimited on any package — we do not charge per document.
Shift + daily reports
Turnover, cash vs card, top products, top losses, comparison vs the average of the last 7/30 days. Native CSV/XLSX export for the accountant.
Moldova SNC journal
The accountant automatically receives balances on accounts 611/711/712/713/714 in line with the National Accounting Standards. Monthly export for the VAT return.
Product Badge Builder
Shelf labels (price, "offer", "new", "promotion"), configurable layout, batch export for the whole catalog. Synced with stock — change the price and you can re-print only the products that changed.
Your own backup copy
Self-service export via UI + API (JSON / CSV / XML) — download your data whenever you want, to your own infrastructure. On top of that, automatic snapshots provided by the hosting provider.
Product variants (size × color × material)
A single parent SKU, separate stock per variant. Flexible size grids (S-XXL for t-shirts, 28-46 for trousers, your own grids for kids). Reports per variant — see which sizes / colors are selling. Useful for fashion, footwear, accessories.

The fiscal register itself (hardware) — you buy it separately from a CIECC-approved distributor. We integrate the software with MEV. Initial configuration is included.
How the fiscal register worksVolumetric numbers and uptime targets are indicative for the typical profile of the package. Controlled overages are accommodated by the sized headroom — we do not silently block at the limit. These are not contractual guarantees with financial credit — for a signed SLA, see Enterprise.

Hardware included
CIECC-certified fiscal register, receipt printers, scanners, cash drawer — we deliver from our partner catalog (SFS-certified vendors). Basic integration into the platform is part of the standard onboarding; specific configurations (multi-POS, particular hardware, custom integrations) are quoted after evaluation — see Add-ons — Hardware. Hardware you bring yourself: we integrate it separately, quoted individually after model evaluation.
In-house software
ERP + POS + e-Factura + stock + recipes on the same instance. Code written by our team, not resold. Updates at the pace of real client feedback, not someone else's roadmap. The documentation is public — you can evaluate it before signing a contract.
Installation + training
Full onboarding: POS + fiscal register configuration, catalog import, staff training. We recommend exactly what fits the format — from a kiosk to a high-volume store — we don't sell the "max package" when you don't need it.
Post-launch support
Email + Telegram Mon-Fri 9-18 for Micro→Super (video library + intensive Telegram 7-60 days post go-live, depending on the package). Dedicated engineer + 24/7 escalation channel for critical incidents — on Enterprise.

On Enterprise: dedicated phone Mon-Fri 9-18 + 24/7 escalation channel for critical system downtime (POS fully blocked, MEV blocked, e-Factura non-functional). First 8h/month included; the rest is charged. This is NOT general 24/7 support — it is the emergency line for incidents that stop production.
What to do for a P0 incident at 20:00
The system is designed to keep selling offline on the local POS during short outages — fiscal receipts are transmitted when the connection comes back (legal limit 14 days). For in-depth investigation outside Mon-Fri 9-18 hours → discussion about moving to Enterprise, or the "Off-hours support" option quoted individually from Add-ons.

Free setup for the recommended catalog
CIECC-certified cash register (IntelectSoft and other partners), standard receipt printers, partner cash drawers, USB/Bluetooth barcode readers from the catalog — integration is free as part of onboarding.
Hardware outside the catalog
If you bring your own hardware (printer, scanner, scale, payment terminal) not included in the catalog → integration is charged separately, quoted individually after model + driver evaluation. Price range per device type: see Add-ons — Additional hardware.
On-site travel for physical installation
We prefer remote (~95% of cases). For travel within Chișinău / ≤50 km — quoted individually; longer distances quoted as a dedicated engineer-day + transport. On Enterprise: 4 trips/month within Chișinău + 1/quarter to another MD city included.
