You buy the fiscal register (MEV, CIECC-certified) directly from an authorised distributor. On request we guide you to the model that fits your volume. The rest of the peripherals (barcode scanner, receipt printer, cash drawer) — likewise, purchased directly by you, with recommendations from us on request.
On the Micro package we install the platform and give you complete video + text documentation for self-service. Onboarding with dedicated training + personal instruction — available on request at additional cost (we quote after discovery). On larger packages (Start+), onboarding with training is included.
No cost per fiscal receipt. No cost per e-Factura. No cost per location for documents. We meter on traffic + storage, generously included in the package.

No absolute fixed upgrade thresholds. For resources that can be scaled (extra user, storage, traffic) there are add-ons. For the structural limits of the package (1 POS, support level) — moving to Start is the natural path.
For an extra user, storage or extra traffic we handle it with indicative add-ons negotiated individually. But when the cumulative add-ons correspond to a higher package or you need more POS terminals / better support, we recommend moving directly — it becomes more advantageous both economically and operationally.

No. The fiscal register is a separate one-time purchase, directly from a CIECC-authorised distributor — you buy it, we integrate the software with the MEV. On request we guide you to the model that fits your volume (partners IntelectSoft, SoftLider and other SFS-certified suppliers invoice the register directly to you).
No. e-Factura is unlimited on any package — whether you issue 100 or 10,000 per month, the cost stays the same. Metering is done on traffic and storage, which are generously included in the package. Fiscal receipts are issued without limit through the fiscal register.
Yes, if it is compatible. USB/Bluetooth scanner, thermal printer, cash drawer — if they are from the standard catalogue, the integration is free. Hardware outside the catalogue: we integrate it separately, quoted individually after evaluating the model + drivers. The fiscal register must be CIECC-certified — that is not negotiable, it is a legal requirement.
No. We have no fixed upgrade thresholds. When volume grows, either you pay only the add-on you need on the same package (storage, POS +80 MDL/month, user +20 MDL/month, AI assistant +300 / +450 MDL/month), or you move to the higher package when you want larger ceilings + extra features — the data stays, only the plan changes.
