How soon is the shop live?
Our typical target is 24-48 hours after the initial inventory is
finalised, for the Start package with compatible hardware and clean
source data. On top of that, the shop still needs configuration to be
completed from the admin panel — you do it yourself following the
documentation, or we take it over for a fee through the
support service, priced in hours after evaluation. The timeline is
indicative — the actual duration varies with catalog complexity and your
availability.
Who buys the domain?
You do, directly at a registrar (nic.md, GoDaddy, Namecheap,
others). We do not sell domains. We give you the exact DNS records to
configure in the registrar's panel (5 minutes). The domain stays
yours, under your control — you do not depend on us to move
it.
Do I have to add the products a second time on the site?
No. The products on the site are the same as the ones in the
POS — you change the price, stock, photo in a single place, and at the
next refresh it shows up on the site (almost in real time).
You add a new product — same thing. No duplicate work.
Does the customer see how many pieces I have in stock?
Configurable. You can display the exact number or only
qualitative states ("in stock", "limited stock", "unavailable") — you
choose at onboarding depending on the shop's policy. The price is shown in
MDL (or other currencies on request).
How many products can I have on the site?
The Start package accommodates catalogs typical of a small shop. For large
volumes or multi-provider setups (several sites on the same catalog) → the
natural path is Large Retail. At discovery we
estimate together whether Start is right for your catalog.
What happens with my customers' data?
Stored with controlled access + immutable audit log, TLS
communication, off-site backups. Default retention 2 years
after the last order (configurable). Cookie banner compliant with Law
195/2024 MD + GDPR for the EU. Right to erasure / portability on request.
Can I also have a blog / articles on the site?
Yes, included. You add editorial articles (blog, info pages,
guides) on the site with the standard design. Advanced visual customisation
of the layout = the support team, for a fee, priced in hours after
evaluation. For integration into an existing website of yours or your own
mobile app → you use the ERP API as a data source,
with custom configuration priced individually.
